Hurt has been Nominated Sainsburys Charity of Year; I wanted to take a moment to extend my most sincere thanks from myself and the staff off Hurt to everyone who voted for us.
It was such a surprise because we were up against two other well deserving Charities, Foyle search and rescue and Foyle food.
I would like to extend my thanks to Sainsburys who made this all possible. And we are looking forward to working with them.
To all the families and people who are living with addiction remember, “When everything seems like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top”.
And to my son Tony who is the drive behind the work we do,
You never leave my mind, even when I have a million things to do.
Once again from all the staff at HURT THANK YOU X
