Dr Hugh M Quigley PhD has been training and working in the field of personal growth and development for about 27 years now. Hugh is trained as a Mindfulness teacher and facilitator with a number of schools including John Moores University. He has been practising meditation and mindfulness for over 30 years and has experienced the great benefits of both of these.
The workshop will explore Mindfulness as a way of being able to control and regulate emotional upset. The ability to apply mindfulness to various areas of life has been well researched and the benefits highlighted in major studies. This introduction workshop will give you a flavour of incorporating mindfulness into your daily life.
